We loved the excellent service provided by the staff, who went out of their way to ensure a fantastic stay. The hotel facilities were fantastic, especially the spa and massage services. The location on the Danube riverside was beautiful and convenient, with a short walk along the promenade to the city center. the breakfast was great, with a great selection of delicious food.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel located next to the river with a nice promenade. The location was perfect, as we could easily reach the impressive castle by walking or public transport. Walking along the Danube River promenade to the center was a delightful experience. Our room was spacious and modern, with high-tech gadgets in the bathroom. The service provided by the staff was excellent, and the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices. The facilities, including the rooftop gym with state-of-the-art equipment and the indoor pool, were outstanding.
The hotel's surroundings, particularly the main street with a tram line, detracted from the overall grandeur of the property.

I was actually surprised by my recent stay at the Grand Hotel River Park. The location, right along the river, provided fine views and a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with high-tech amenities, made my stay comfortable. The staff was attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met. The highlight of my stay was the luxurious pool located on the top floor, offering amazing views of the Danube River. The breakfast selection was decent, although it closed a bit early.

This hotel offered exclusivity and luxury at its finest. the Spa & wellness centre was incredible with impeccable facilities such as indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and treatment rooms. the entertainment was exceptional with a pool that had a view. Our room was advantageously private and exclusive, equipped with only the best amenities.
Although the staff was good, the service could be improved in terms of communication. One minor issue was the buffet breakfast which didn't quite meet our luxurious expectations.
